The Office of Communications is responsible for ensuring that University publications are well written, appealing in format and design, cost effective and fully representative of the University's missions and goals. Over 600 printed pieces are designed in the office each year, including invitations, advertisements, newsletters, posters, brochures, catalogs and magazines. In addition, several publications are written and edited in the office, such as Willamette's alumni magazine, The Scene, and From the Quad, a newsletter for Willamette's friends, alumni and donors.

The Scene
If you are a graduate from the College of Liberal Arts, the Atkinson Graduate School of Management or the School of Education, your note will appear in The Scene. News for Class Links can be submitted by emailing us at scene@willamette.edu, by writing a few lines on the envelope when submitting your Alumni Annual Fund pledge, or by submitting a class note in the Alumni Online Community.

• The deadline for the spring issue of The Scene is December 1.
• The deadline for the summer issue of The Scene is April 15.
• The deadline for the fall issue of The Scene is August 1.

Willamette Lawyer
If you are a graduate from the College of Law, your class note will appear in the Willamette Lawyer, which is published twice a year. News can be submitted by emailing us at wu-lawyer@willamette.edu or by writing a few lines on the envelope when submitting your annual Law Fund pledge. We reserve the right to edit submissions.

• The deadline for the spring issue of Willamette Lawyer is January 15.
• The deadline for the fall issue of Willamette Lawyer is July 15.

Inside Willamette
During the academic year, Inside Willamette is published monthly for faculty and staff. Please submit items for inclusion to inside-wu@willamette.edu along with your name and phone number. Submissions for the next issue must be received via email by the middle of the preceding month. If applicable, event details must include who, what, when, where and any associated cost. Anonymous submissions will not be printed and we reserve the right to edit any item.
