Community Partnership Programs are coordinated by Willamette University through intentional partnerships with community organizations. Take-a-Break

See your college experience in a new context. Take-a-Break is a student-run alternative break program that sends groups of students, faculty, and staff to communities throughout Oregon and the United States to learn and serve.


Chemawa Indian School Partnership Program

The Chemawa Indian School Partnership Program connects Willamette students to tutoring and learning opportunities at Chemawa Indian School. Participation in the IDS 205 service-learning course is required.


Willamette Academy

A great spot to volunteer on campus! Volunteers can tutor youth in the community to support their access to higher education.


Tiger Club

Taking place just near campus, Tiger Club is a student-run after school program for underachieving students at Bush Elementary School.
