Weslaco, Texas (2006, 2007)
Participants focused on literacy and immigration, working with a Willamette University alum who is a Teach For America teacher, assisting in classrooms with her school in Southern Texas. The group spent their afternoons painting a free medical clinic in Mexico and interacting with the local community.
