Facilities Management
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Academic and Residential Buildings, as well as their associated infrastructures. Facilities Management is a team of professional managers, tradesmen, and facilities support workers. Facilities plays a vital role in the ability of the University to fulfill it's mission by:
- Providing a campus that is safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Supplying professional quality workmanship for campus buildings and equipment in a cost effective manner.
- Responding to University needs in a timely fashion while disrupting the campus routine as little as possible.
- Projecting a professional and friendly appearance to the campus community.
- Embracing new technology and energy conservation in the choices of new equipment and departmental operation.
- Encouraging the advancement and development of it's staff through continued education, technical training and professional licensing.
Emergencies
An emergency is defined as Fire, Life, Safety, and Damage to Property. Call extension x6003 to report emergency and then submit a work order.
After 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday call Campus Safety at ext. 6911 and they will contact the oncall supervisor.
