Motor Pool

Vehicle Rentals

Willamette University has four 15 passenger and two 12 passenger vans in its motor pool available for rental. These vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis for any Willamette University function. In addition, we can obtain rental vehicles from Enterprise Rent-A-Car or Withnell Dodge here in Salem.

If needed, emergency cell phones are available through Campus Safety.

Bus rentals can be obtained for you from the First Student (school bus) and various charter companies.

You must fill out a Vehicle Reservation Request Form, available from the Facilities Management Office, or by calling ext. 6003. In addition, prior to leaving campus for any trip involving a student, you must turn in a Trip/Passenger Form to Campus Safety.

• Vehicle Reservation Form - Obtain from the Facilities Management Office. It is a 3-part NCR form and is not available on line.

• Trip/Passenger Form - Any trip involving Willamette University students requires a passenger list be submitted to Campus Safety prior to departure.
• Safe Driver Program - Any vehicle being used for Willamette University business requires the driver (student and employees) to have taken the on-line Safe Driver Program through Campus Safety.

Fuel charges are the responsibility of the renter.

15 Passenger Van $50 per day

Enterprise Vehicles

Enterprise rates include unlimited mileage.
Fuel charges are the responsibility of the renter.

	7 Passenger Mini Van $50.00 per day
	Compact Car Approx. $30.00 per day
	Full Size Car Approx. $35.00 per day
	Medium size SUV $75.00 per day

First Student

School Bus $50.00 per hour

Chartered Bus Services

• Quotes provided based on trip criteria.

Note: additional charges may be incurred for damage, excessive dirt and/or garbage left in vehicle.
