Applicant must be from a Native American or Alaska Native descent, attending a 2 or 4 year college/university or technical/ vocational school and must be enrolled as a full-time student. Applicant must also have an ACT score. Scholarships are only for undergraduate studies. All finalists are eligible to be reviewed for the Memorial Scholarships. Priority will be given to applicants who show true commitment to bettering their community.
