Merle and Emma West Scholarship
To be eligible a student must be full-time, have a cumulative GPA of 2.35 as a freshman or sophomore, have a 2.5 GPA as a junior or senior, must be a graduate of a Klamath County High School and demonstrate good citizenship, financial need, scholastic achievement and the ability and desire to help themselves through college education or vocational training.
