Student Health Services are available to all degree seeking Willamette University students enrolled half time or more during the school year when classes are in session. Student Medical services are not available during the summer.
- No office visit fee for illness and injury evaluation and treatment
- Fees are charged for lab work, medications, immunizations, and study abroad physicals (All covered expenses are billed to Aetna Student Health or billed to Student Account)
- Students are seen by appointment
- Same day appointments available for acute needs

There will be a $25.00 No Show Fee for missed Medical office visit
Equal care will be provided to all patients, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, physical ability or attributes, religion, or sexual or gender identity.
Bishop Wellness Center does not provide services to Willamette faculty or staff, dependents of students, non degree seeking students*, or students enrolled in the PMBA.
*Non-degree seeking does not include our International students. International students have full access to services at Bishop.

If you have a serious health problem or injury after hours/weekends on campus, call (503) 370-6911 for assistance from Campus Safety and Security.
They will dispatch the Willamette Emergency Medical Services (WEMS) to assist in evaluation. If further medical care is needed, Campus Safety will arrange transportation to the appropriate facility.
Sexual Assault Response
Campus and community resource specialists include the Willamette University Sexual Assault Advisors and SARA (Sexual Assault Response Allies) a group of trained student volunteers.
Health History and Immunization Requirements
All students enrolled half time or more are required to submit a Health History with dates of vaccinations required in Oregon. The Health History Form for the 15/16 academic year will be an online form. We will update the website when we have more information. Registration will be blocked for your next semester if this is not completed. You may be able to obtain your dates for immunizations through the CDC State/Local Immunization Service site.
HPV Vaccine Available
HPV Vaccination-Gardasil is now available at the Health Services. We offer this vaccination for $150.00 per shot. The series is 3 shots with the 2nd dose given 2 months after the 1st dose and the 3rd given 6 months after the 1st dose. Contact the Health Services for more information.
