Student Health Insurance

The Willamette Student Insurance office is located with the Bishop Wellness Center on campus in Baxter Hall. This office provides information about the student insurance plan offered by the University. The office can provide assistance to students in filing insurance claims with the student insurance plan. Students can bring their insurance questions and issues to our office for help working through the "insurance maze".

Open Access

Students who waive the Willamette University student insurance plan still have access to Bishop Wellness Center.

Plan Prices

For 2013-2014 Willamette Student Health Insurance (Aetna) price please click on either Domestic Students or International Students.  

The insurance fee will be charged to your student account each semester up front. If you have comparable coverage and wish to submit an application for a waiver please see additional information at Domestic Students or International Students. The Office of Student Accounts will credit your student account for the insurance fee with an accepted waiver submitted prior to the waiver deadline.  Academic Year 2013-2014 Dates of Coverage

• Fall 2013:  August 1, 2013 - January 5, 2014    
• Spring/Summer 2014:  January 6, 2014 - July 31, 2014  

Enrollment in Spring semester will automatically cover the student during the summer.
