Our Mission
Willamette Human Resources (WHR) is dedicated to the mission and values of Willamette University and to excellence in service to the University community.
Our department mission is to assist Willamette University in its efforts to recruit and retain exceptional faculty and staff, provide programs and services that cultivate excellence and support the University's goals, and serve as a source of information, expertise, advocacy, and support for faculty, staff, management and the Willamette community at large.
Our Location
Willamette University's Office of Human Resources is located on the ground floor of Waller Hall on State Street, directly south of the Oregon State Capitol Building. For directions to campus or to locate Waller Hall on a map, see the Campus Map & Driving Directions page. Parking on State Street or in other visitor spaces on campus is metered.

The ACE Awards luncheon recognizing staff service and excellence is Friday, May 25, 2012. All staff are invited to attend this annual opportunity to recognize and say thank you to the Classified and Administrative & Professional staff whose contributions are integral to the success of our great University.

Exciting changes are happening with the Willamette University retirement plan benefit program for employees.
