Willamette University strives to provide a generous, well-rounded, and comprehensive benefits package that enables our faculty and staff to contribute to our mission without worrying about their health and welfare protections, or their and their family's future.
Faculty and staff who work at least .50 FTE (20 hours per week) are eligible for many benefits. On-going, part time faculty and staff who work at least .60 FTE (24 hours/week) are eligible for medical and dental benefits. Full-time faculty and staff who work .75 FTE (30 hours/week) are eligible to participate in the university's full benefit program.
Open Enrollment for 2013 will begin on Monday, February 11, 2013 and continue through Friday, March 1, 2013. Changes made during this time will take effect on April 1, 2013.
