Benefits At A Glance

Willamette’s benefits package includes a choice of medical and dental insurance (an HMO and a PPO option), which includes vision and prescription coverage for employees and their families. Willamette also provides Long Term Disability and Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance at a set rate through Guardian, with options for employees to purchase more coverage.

Willamette provides a generous defined contribution retirement plan—403(b)— of a 10% gross salary contribution by Willamette with a 1% gross salary employee mandatory contribution; employees have options for voluntary retirement contributions as well.

These are just a few of Willamette’s generous benefits. Other benefits include: tuition remission/exchange, Flexible Spending accounts, Employee Assistance Program, financial planning services, free access to the library and Sparks Fitness Center, a Wellness Program, discounts for the Bookstore, food service, and University sporting and art events, mail services, and a schedule of paid holidays—including the winter break—among many, many others!

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2015 started on February 9th and continued through February 27th. Changes made during this time will go into effect on April 1, 2015.
