Family Weekend

Family Weekend 2013 - Online Registration is Closed

The priority registration deadline (online or postmarked) was October 1st. Late registrations and ticket sales will be accepted at check-in. All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Neither tickets nor T-shirts will be mailed to your home address (theater tickets are available at the box office and all other tickets will be included in your arrival packet at check-in).

Refunds are not granted for prepaid tickets or T-shirts, unless extenuating individual circumstances warrant it.


Overview

Theatre Tickets

All prepaid theatre tickets must be picked up at the Theatre Box Office 15 minutes prior to the start of the show. Theatre tickets usually sell out and are generally not available to those who wait to register. If you would like tickets to see Orlando, register online or send in your registration form as early as possible. If not registering online, indicate a second choice on your registration form in the event that your first choice performance is sold out. Tickets can also be purchased via phone, through the Theater Box Office at 503-370-6221. You can also reach the box office via email at thtr-tix@willamette.edu. Mini-University

Tickets are NOT required for any Mini-University session. You may choose to attend up to four sessions. 

Family Weekend Concerts

Tickets are not required for any of the Family Weekend concerts and the auditorium is open seating.

Wine Tasting Information

Tickets are required for the event. The ticket price for attendees 21 and older includes appetizers and a three-wine-tasting flight. Ticket prices for attendees younger than 21 includes appetizers.

Hike Information

Advance tickets are required for the hike. The ticket price includes transportation, a student guide and a reusable stainless steel water bottle. Space is limited, and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sporting Event Tickets

There are no advanced sales of tickets for sporting events. Ticket windows open 1 1/2 hours before kickoff/tipoff. Payment can be made by cash or check. For more information on athletic ticket prices visit willamette.edu/athletics/tickets.

Special Access Needs

Willamette University provides sign language interpreters or other access needs upon request. If you or a member of your family desires an ASL interpreter or other accommodations, contact the Office of Student Activities at 503-370-6463 before arriving on campus.
