Phi Delta Theta
The Oregon Gamma chapter of Phi Delta Theta is Willamette's premier social fraternity, and a proud part of one of the strongest fraternities in the country. We're always out to have a good time, while remaining true to our cardinal principles of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Moral Rectitude. As an international fraternity, Phi Delta Theta is proud to be one of the first men's fraternities in recent history to adopt alcohol free housing, making this historic decision in 2000. Our yearly philanthropy events work to wipe out ALS, clean up the city of Salem, and contribute to Cancer research. Our dues are among the lowest of any Greek organization on campus, and we use them to hold fun campus events, donate to ALS research, and sponsor interfraternity events which strengthen the campus community.
Founded locally on January 4, 1947. Founded nationally on December 26, 1848.
