History of Leadership Consultants:
The Leadership Consultants (LCs) are a group of individuals who have come from many different areas of campus. In the spring of 2012, the idea of students helping students came into fruition with the creation of the Leadership Consultants. The LCs were originally hired to help students with event planning and different organizational issues. Their roles have developed to cover a wide range of student leader needs, including facilitating leadership workshops and implementing the Student Organization Orientations.
How the LCs can help:
The Leadership Consultants are available for all student organizations on campus to help answer a simple question, bounce ideas off of, find resources that are available to them, or even a place to learn more about collaboration. If you're a member of a student organization, find out who your Leadership Consultant is, and touch base with them. You never know what support might be available to you!
