Stop by the Parent Lounge to check email, peruse university resources or enjoy refreshments. Willamette staff will be available to assist you and answer questions.

New Student and Parent Check-In

Students and parents should pick up their Opening Days packet. Students will also pick up their residence hall and mailbox keys and have their student ID card picture taken.

Refer to the Settling-In Checklist in your packet for activities that may be accomplished during this time. Activities are divided by those that must be done today and those that can be done at your discretion.

Hosted by the Willamette sorority community, you’ll find items commonly needed for college life, including mini fridges, hangers, alarm clocks, lamps and much more! All of the items have been donated by students who have lived in the residence halls.

A picnic dinner for new students and their families. Following dinner, students will pick up their student ID cards near the entrance to Goudy Commons. Parents and family members will need a ticket, students will use their board plans. Tickets will be available on site for purchase.
