Student Organization Roster 2012-2013
All student organizations must submit a roster of their current and active members from 2012-2013 to the Office of Student Activities by 3pm Friday, May 3.

Student Organization Update Form (pdf)
Complete and submit this form to Renee Jaime in Student Activities on the 2nd floor of the UC when you have changes to the leadership, advisor, or name of your student organization. This also serves as the GL access form for the leaders of the group.
This form is also required as a part of the student organization registration process. All student organizations who wish to exist in 2013-2014 must complete the form, attain signatures from their leaders and advisor(s), and submit this form to the Office of Student Activities by 3pm Friday, May 3.
