This year we are making two online registration sites available to families. For those families desiring to purchase event tickets or t-shirts, please use the standard registration form. For those families wishing to register for the weekend, but not purchase event tickets or t-shirts, they can take advantage of our "quick" registration form.
Tickets to the events listed in Family Weekend schedule may be purchased on-line until Sept. 21 or in person at check-in. All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
No tickets will be mailed to your home address. All theatre tickets will be available at the box office and all other tickets will be included in your arrival packet at check-in. Please note that refunds are not granted for prepaid tickets or T-shirts, unless extenuating individual circumstances warrant a refund.
All prepaid theatre tickets must be picked up 15 minutes prior to the start of the show at the theatre box office. Theatre tickets usually sell out and are generally not available to those who wait to register. If you would like tickets to see Sophocles' Antigone, please register online or send in your registration form as early as possible. Tickets can also be purchased via phone, through the box office at 503-370-6221. Please note that the show this year will be held outdoors at the University Transfer Station (14th Street and Oak Street). Please bring jackets/umbrellas/seat cushions for the bleachers if you'd like.
Tickets are NOT required for any Mini-University session. A complete listing of class offerings will be available at check-in, and parents may choose to attend up to four classes. You may also check our website, for the latest Mini-University information.
Tickets are not required for any of the Family Weekend concerts and the auditorium is open seating.
Advance tickets are required for either hike. The ticket price includes transportation, a student guide and water. Space is limited and reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. For an additional $9, a boxed lunch can be provided to participants of "Option 1."
Transportation will be available to the men's soccer and football games. The bus(es) will depart from the Hatfield Fountain and return immediately after the games. Advance tickets are required and the cost includes transportation to the game and your entry fee.
Family Weekend t-shirts are available for purchase. There are two different long sleeve styles available. More information about the two styles is available on the t-shirt page.
Willamette University provides sign language interpreters or other access needs upon request. If you or a member of your family desires ASL, please contact the Office of Student Activities at 503-370-6463 before arriving on campus.
