Proof of Enrollment or Degree

Proof of Enrollment

Current undergraduate students who need proof of enrollment for insurance companies, employers, etc. may come to the Registrar's Office on the 3rd floor of the Putnam University Center to request an enrollment verification letter. Graduate students should contact their respective programs. There is no charge for this service.

Download the request form and return it to our office in person, by fax, or by mail.

Degree Verifications

Willamette University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications on its behalf. Employers or organizations seeking to verify the degrees or enrollment of current or former students should contact The National Student Clearinghouse at:
