Residence Life

Welcome to the Area!

The Westside/Cornerstone area is comprised of six residential buildings divided into eleven distinct communities. Shepard, Lee, York, WISH, Lausanne and Doney combine along Winter St. and Mill St. to form a community of Willamette students from all class years.

Westside/Cornerstone Programs

Some of our yearly programs have Westside/Cornerstone standing out as a great place to live.

  • WISH Haunted House
  • Shepard Substance-Free Raves
  • Westside Winter Semi-Formal
  • Lee/York Music Festivals
  • Hall Meals
  • Area BBQs
  • Tie Dye Nights
  • Ping Pong Tournaments
  • Movie Nights
  • Blazer Games

If you ever have an idea for a program you'd like to create, just let your RA know and they can guide you through the planning process. The great thing about living in such close communities is that YOU can have a great impact on life in your hall or house. And don't forget to check out your Hall Council for leadership opportunities.
