Duty coverage in the residences (except sororities) is provided by the Residence Life Staff after normal working hours. The Resident Assistant or University Representative on duty carries a cell phone and can respond in case of a lock-out or other concern from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. A Coordinator is also on call for the campus and can be called in case of an emergency from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. The Coordinator on call does not have access to master keys for lock-outs.
