A permit is not required for motorcycle or bike, but it must be parked in a designated area.

Forms of Payment: Cash, check, Compass Cash. Credit cards can be used to deposit funds onto your Compass Card account using the internet.

Selected Parking Regulations

  • Valid Willamette University parking permits are required on all motor vehicles (except motorcycles) Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., year round (Section B.)
  • Parking permit holders are responsible for all payment of all citations issued to their vehicle, regardless of who is driving. (Section B. 12.)
  • Speed Limit: 10 miles per hour, without exception. (Section A.3.)
  • Willamette University and Tokyo International University of America are not responsible for theft from or damage to vehicles parked on University property. (Section A.11.)
