Safe Driver Program

Willamette University is committed to encouraging and supporting students in learning and using safe driving skills.

All the following steps are required before anyone may transport students, either by University van or by private vehicle. 

1. Read the driver disqualification criteria.
2. Complete the Release and Application Information Form (accessed from the Driver Disqualification page).
3. Watch your email for testing instructions and a link to the web test site. (May take up to 24-48 hours to receive the link.)
4. Successfully complete the test.
