Ross Stout has been Director of Campus Safety since 1987. He is a 1985 graduate of Willamette University in psychology and a 1993 graduate of the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. Prior to working at Willamette, Ross worked for the Marion County Sheriff's Office as both a Corrections Deputy and a Reserve Deputy. Ross' hobbies include gardening, woodworking and day trading.

Rich Dennis came to Willamette University in June of 2006. Rich retired from the Oregon State Police after 27 years of service. Before that he served in the United States Navy for 4 years. He is married and has two children and 4 grandchildren. He was the University's Safety Education Coordinator until December of 2009 when he was promoted to the Assistant Director of Campus Safety. His hobbies include golf, camping and anything that has to do with his grandkids.

Sheri came to Willamette University in 1992, working first in the Office of University Relations, then at the Hallie Ford Museum of Art. She has been married since 1981 to a funny guy, and her two sons graduated from Willamette in 2011.

Officer Tom has been with Campus Safety since 1996, and brought with him 29 years of Law Enforcement and Investigative experience. Officer Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia Southern University in Criminal Justice. Officer Tom has seven children, which include his new adoptive family of five, and nine grandchildren. He enjoys soccer and model railroading in his not-so-spare time.

Officer Frank joined Willamette University in 2000. He has a background in military and civilian law enforcement, emergency medicine and firefighting as a volunteer. He has been active in the community, helping with youth slow pitch softball and school activities. Frank enjoys painting in oils, fishing, boating, and until recently was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as a Vessel Safety Examiner. He has been married for 22 years, and has three children.
