COLAGE is a national movement of children, youth, and adults with one or more LGBT and/or Q parents. The organization works to "build community and work toward social justice through youth empowerment, leadership development, education and advocacy." The Felicia Park-Rogers Summer Internship Program provides a paid internship at the foundation offices for students wishing to learn how a national advocacy organization works.
