COLAGE is a national movement of children, youth, and adults with one or more LGBT and/or Q parents. The organization works to "build community and work toward social justice through youth empowerment, leadership development, education and advocacy." The Felicia Park-Rogers Summer Internship Program provides a paid internship at the foundation offices for students wishing to learn how a national advocacy organization works.

ALSO:Foundation Lee Dubin Memorial Scholarship provide $1,000 to post-secondary students who have one or more LGBTQ parent(s)/guardian(s) and have demonstrated ability and commitment to effecting change in the LGBTQ community and the community at large. http://www.colage.org/programs/leedubin.htm
