L'Oreal USA For Women In Science program grants 15 international fellowships to promising young women scientists at doctoral or post-doctoral levels. A $100,000 grant is also awarded to one laureate from Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America, Africa and the Arab States each year.

The company also provides postdoctoral fellowships worth $60,000 to women pursuing postdoctoral work in immunology, chemistry, earth science, epidemiology, and medical field research.
