Orbitz for Business First Time Users

New users of Willamette University's Orbitz for Business connection may need to contact the Travel Center (preferably by email at travel@willamette.edu).  The Travel Center Staff will ensure that you (as identified by your email address) have been given permission to enter the Orbitz system properly.

Here is the process:

For employees hired before September 1, 2008

  1. When entering the Orbitz for Business site, please ignore the "Register" side of their page.
  2. Enter your email address and click on "Forgot or don't have a password?" under Yes on the left side of the Orbitz page. 
  3. The system will create a temporary password and email that to you. 
  4. You can enter the system with the temporary password, change it to one you prefer and continue using the site.

For employees hired after September 1, 2008, students and alumni

  1. Contact the Travel Center through travel@willamette.edu
  2. Wait for confirmation that your email address is in the Orbitz system.
  3. Go to the Orbitz for Business site and click "Register" under Not Yet on the right side of the page.
  4. Enter your email address and other information requested.
  5. The system will allow you to create an individual password and continue using the site.
  6. You have confirmation from the Travel Center and are ready to start?  Click this Orbitz for Business link.

Remember your password.  The next time you use Orbitz for Business, you'll sign right in and be on your way!
