Travel Request

A Travel Request Form is required for all University-funded travel.

After submission, a copy of the form will be displayed along with a confirmation message. You will also receive a copy of the form via email. After the request is submitted, you will be contacted by a Travel Center agent within one business day.

Before submitting group reservations, please contact the Travel Center at travel@willamette.edu or (503) 370-6388 for specific instructions.

Please Note

  • Travelers are advised to review their frequent flier award memberships to be sure their name exactly matches that on their government-issued ID; otherwise, credit will not be given for miles flown.
  • Air reservations are time sensitive and fares are subject to change. Your fare is subject to change until ticketing. Even if you have received a quote from the Travel Center, the fare may change unless ticketed. Review your itinerary details and advise us of any discrepencies within 24 hours.
  • Airfares are non-refundable and restrictions apply.
  • It is your responsibility to check to see if you have a paper ticket or an electronic ticket. Please have all documents with you when you leave for the airport.
