The Writing Center is located on the ground floor of Matthews Hall, across from the Montag Center.

In the Center, you will find:

The consultation room--a library/lounge with the writers' handbooks, books on writing in particular fields, dictionaries, style manuals and many other resources. You're invited to come in here and write on our comfy chairs and tables, and to meet here with Writing Center Consultants.
A computer lab with 20 PCs and some of the most up-to-date software on campus. While the faculty occasionally reserve the lab for class sessions, it is generally open and less crowded than other labs on campus.
Consultants--the Writing Center's most important resource!
The Director, Gretchen Flesher Moon (who may also be found in the English Department where she teaches courses).
