You will be provided four complimentary Atkinson Commencement Ceremony announcements. Your regalia will be available at the Willamette Store (under your name) the week prior to graduation. A $50 commencement fee has been applied to your student account that covers regalia rental. If you are not participating in the ceremony, your fee will be returned to your student account.
NOTE: Joint Degrees will wear Law regalia to both ceremonies, switching off the hoods at each event. Be sure to pick up both the MBA and Law hoods with your Law regalia. At the conclusion of your ceremony, all graduate/professional school hoods, Law caps, gowns and hoods are to be returned to the Willamette Store. MBA graduates may keep your cap and tassel.[back to top]
Due to the facility size, tickets are required for the Atkinson Graduate School of Management ceremony, which is held in the Mary Stuart Rogers Music Center. Each graduating MBA student will receive four tickets to share with family and friends. All MBA graduates participating in Commencement will receive a graduation packet in the spring of their graduation year with four graduation tickets and two complimentary brunch tickets.
Overflow seating for friends and family without graduation tickets will be provided in Rogers Rehearsal Hall on a first-come, first-served basis. A live telecast of the Atkinson graduation ceremony will be broadcast in the overflow section.

Willamette University allows reserved seating one hour prior to any ceremony. Doors to the Mary Stuart Rogers Music Center will open at 8 a.m.[back to top]
During Commencement, we ask that family members do not approach the stage to take pictures. The University has contracted with professional photographers to take photos of all graduates as they receive their diplomas. Prior to Commencement, a staff member from John Dutton Photography will have the graduate fill out a form with pertinent information. Following Commencement, orders for these photos may be placed online directly with the photographer, John Dutton.[back to top]
A professional photographer will be taking group and individual photos. The following day after commencement the photos will be available to view and order "on line" at http://www.cephotos.com.[back to top]

Graduates who live in University housing may remain in their rooms through noon on Monday, May 13th. No on-campus housing will be available for parents.[back to top]back to top]
