Soloist and Setup Form
The Soloist and Setup Form is required to consider your students for Soloist recognitions and awards. To complete this form:
- Complete the form fields below. When you are finished, click Submit.
- A confirmation page will appear for you to copy for your own purposes, and your form will be automatically emailed to the festival director.
- To make changes to this form, please email the festival director.
- Bring your printed form to Festival Headquarters when you arrive on the day of the festival.
- Time On and Off stage is 25 minutes maximum.
