1. Where is Puttin' On The Ritz this year?

Building on our successful move off of the Willamette campus last year, we will return for a second year to the Salem Conference Center, 200 Commercial Street SE Salem, Oregon 97301.

2. How do I purchase tickets?

Ticket may be purchased on-line using Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.  Please purchase your tickets on our website. If  you are having trouble purchasing on-line, please call 503. or email wu-ritz@willamette.edu. Tickets to this very special event are non-refundable. The last date to purchase tickets is Saturday, February 11, 2012.

3. How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be mailed to you 3 weeks prior to the event. If you purchase tickets within 3 weeks of the event, tickets will be waiting for you at the door at Will-Call.

4. How can ensure that my friends are seated at my table?

If you are not purchasing an entire table, but have friends you would like to have seated at your table, please include their name(s) in the box provided on the purchasing form. When your friends purchase their tickets, they should place your name in the seating request box on the bottom of their ticket purchasing form. This will help insure that you are seated with your party of choice. If you have questions or wish to check to see if your party is together, please call 503.871.6127. The easiest way to insure that your party is seated together is to purchase tickets for the entire party at the same time.

5. What type of music will be featured?

The Kemtones Little Big Band directed by saxophonist, Randy Kem, will transport you back to the swing era this evening.  When you need a rest from dancing, you will be entertained by Willamette University's nationally renowned vocal jazz group, the Willamette Singers, directed by Wallace Long, Director of Choral Activities at Willamette University. Members of the Willamette Singers will also front the Kemtones singing a mix of swing era tunes and contemporary favorites.

6. What are the meal choices and how to order?

Please find the meal choices box on the ticket order form and indicate how many in your party would like to enjoy a chicken entre', a seafood entre' or a vegetarian lasagna entre'. Dinner this year will be a three course served meal.

7. What types of wine will be served?

Two bottles of wine from outstanding Oregon wineries will be provided per table of 8. Additional wine, beer and cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

8. What time should you arrive?

Cocktail hour & appetizers will begin at 6pm. Seating for dinner will begin at 6:45pm.

10. How will I know where I am seated?

Seating for dinner will begin at 6:45. When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our staff members, give them your name, and you will then be escorted to your table. You MUST have your ticket for entrance into the event.
