Center for Excellence in Teaching »
The Center for Excellence in Teaching (CET) was designed in 1998 and began in the summer of 1999. We are excited to support the professional growth of the excellent teachers in the Willamette Valley. Courses may be offered throughout the year on a variety of schedules. Locations include Willamette University and public schools, as serves the needs and convenience of the participants. Credits are graduate-level and offered in semester hours.
Oregon Writing Project »
The Oregon Writing Project at Willamette supports excellence in the teaching of writing at all educational levels and subjects through collaboration, education, and community involvement. As a National Writing Project site, we are dedicated to improving the teaching of writing and use of writing to learn in our community's schools. Through a professional development model, OWP at Willamette aims to build the leadership, programs, and research needed for teachers to help their students become successful writers and learners.
