*Earn Initial Teaching License and Master's degree in full-time, part-time or online program. 

*Field based with over 1000 hours hands-on experience in public school classrooms. 

*Small class size and cohort based on authorization level allows students and faculty to work closely with each other. 

*Wide range of teaching endorsements (subject areas) to choose from. 

*Career assistance through workshops, mock interviews, online candidate brochure and job search seminars.

*Complete MEd while employed through evening and summer courses or online delivery. 

*Add endorsement (ESOL, Reading, Special Education or Environmental Literacy) to core master's level courses. 

*Use current classroom for inquiry and teacher research to support coursework. 

*Immediate application of skills learned to classroom environment. 

*End program with completion of Teacher Inquiry Project/Thesis. 

*Small class size of 10-15 students. 

*Career development services for enhancing current teaching position.

*Three high-need, market desirable endorsement programs available:  Reading, ESOL and Special Education. 

*Complete endorsement program while employed. 

*Coursework can go towards master's degree. 

*ESOL and Reading programs for current educators have online coursework and rolling enrollment/non-cohort based for flexible schedules.

*Focused 11-month program ends in May, allowing time to look for a new position for the new academic year. 

*Evening/weekend schedule allows completion of program while employed.

*Certification opens career path to: principal, vice-principal, athletic director, curriculum director or other school administrator positions. 

*Courses taught by practitioners currently employed in the field.
