Oregon Writing Project and Willamette University present: Donalyn Miller, author of The Book Whisperer: Awakening the Inner Reader in Every Child

Donalyn will talk about how to implement reading and writing workshops to meet common core standards.

Workshop topics include:

  • Strategies for Reading and Writing Workshops
  • Conferring and other Forms of Reading/Writing Assessment
  • Moving Kids to the Next Level

Costs and Registration

Costs for the Workshop (including lunch) are:
  • $65 for teachers and administrators
  • $35 for students

Last day to register is June 11. There will be no refunds for cancellations requested after June 11.

PDUs will be available.

Participants will need to purchase a Willamette University guest parking permit for $5.00.
