Areas of Concentration
In addition to the M.Ed. core courses, all students must select an area of concentration to complete the degree requirements. Students may start the these classes at any point during the core sequence, but must complete all required credits for the Master of Education degree.
Possible areas of concentration:
- Informal Educator
- ESOL endorsement
- Reading endorsement
- Special Education endorsement
- Administrator License
- Certificate in the Teaching of Writing - only available for students through the Oregon Writing Project Summer Institute program
- Special Studies
