Larry Fullerton

Adjunct Professor

Larry Fullerton retired in 2014 from the Washington, D.C., office of Sidley Austin, LLP, a major international law firm. He was formerly a partner in the firm and served as Global Coordinator for Sidley's antitrust practice.

Fullerton received his AB in economics from Princeton University in 1974 and his JD from the University of Virginia in 1978, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also received an MA in economics from the University of Virginia in 1978.

Fullerton served in government twice during his career, first as counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation (1981-85) and then as Chief of Staff and Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (1995-98). He has taught courses as an adjunct at the University of Virginia School of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, Cornell Law School, and Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
