Biography
Tim Kelly earned his bachelor’s degree in English and Theater from the University of Kansas in 1973, his Master of Library Science degree from Emporia State University in 1975, and his JD from Washburn University in 1987.
He clerked for the Kansas Supreme Court and later worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. From 1990-1993, he worked at the University of Nebraska College of Law as a Reference Librarian. Tim joined the library staff at Willamette University College of Law in 1994.
