Kate Wilkinson

Adjunct Professor

Professor Wilkinson is the director of litigation services for the Oregon School Boards Association. She previously worked as the in-house general counsel and human resources director for Oregon’s largest independent grocery store company, working with store and company personnel throughout Oregon and northern California. She also practiced as an attorney with two prominent Eugene law firms, focusing on civil litigation.

Wilkinson was an adjunct professor for several years at the University of Oregon School of Law. She is an active volunteer and has served on numerous boards, including the Oregon Women Lawyers Board (one term as statewide president), the Eugene Civilian Review Board, and the Oregon Workforce Investment Board. She has been active in her local schools, reading to kids as part of the SMART program and serving as a volunteer mock trial coach. She currently serves on the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation Board and the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Litigation Section.
