Ashley Town Stovin is the executive assistant to the dean at Willamette University College of Law. She provides comprehensive administrative support to the dean, associate deans, and director of development at the College of Law. Prior to joining Willamette Law in 2014, Stovin spent more than a decade serving in high-level administrative management, office management, travel and event planning, account management, and client relations at local law firms and for the Oregon School Boards Association.
Stovin’s professional activities include serving as a notary public for the State of Oregon and working with the Salem chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She currently serves on the Native American Advisory Council at Willamette University, as a parent volunteer for any number school- or athletic-related events, and is a devoted fundraiser/volunteer for causes including: Native American/indigenous rights, melanoma cancer research, and domestic violence awareness.
Beyond her activity in professional and community organizations, Stovin dedicates her time and energy to her family, which includes her husband Tony and her daughter. They are a tight-knit family that shares a passion for food and cooking, music performance, theatre, their dog Miles, and outdoor adventures.
