Mother appealed the juvenile court’s judgment denying her motion to set aside a judgment terminating her parental rights. Mother appealed the judgment in the case in Dept. of Human Services v. A. W. (A158694), 274 Or App 493 (2015). Because the Court in that case reversed and remanded the juvenile court’s decision, this case is moot because any decision would not have any practical effect on the rights of the parties. Dismissed as moot.
