An order of civil commitment under ORS 426.130 must be supported by legally sufficient evidence.

Appellant sought reversal of an order committing him for a period not to exceed 180 days pursuant ORS 426.130, arguing the court erred in concluding he is unable to provide for his basic personal needs due to a mental disorder under to ORS 426.005(1)(f)(B) where the evidence was legally insufficient. The State conceded the record did not contain sufficient evidence to support the order. Reversed.
