Administrative License Programs Admission Requirements

• Three academic years as a full-time licensed educator
• Completion of a teacher or personnel service preparation program and the granting of such licensure in Oregon (copy of most current license)
• Official transcripts showing both a master's degree with at least a 3.0 GPA in the arts and sciences, or an advanced degree in the professions from a regionally accredited institution in the United States, or the foreign equivalent of such degree (approved by the TSPC Commission), and an equally-accredited bachelor's degree (the educator is in our NDEL Continuing Administrative License Program and earned his/her Initial Administrative License through us - and thus already submitted these transcripts)
