Through this dynamic and interactive session:

  • You will focus on the predictable passages in career progression as you move from an individual contributor through successive stages of management, using "The Leadership Pipeline" model (Ram Charan, et al).
  • We will explore the shifts in skill sets and approaches that are critical to success at successive levels and the critical competencies managing unexpected transitions, such as downsizing, restructuring and life events.
  • You will explore your change resilience abilities and create a skill based chart to help you maintain yourself though career changes, as well as navigating change within your current organization.
