Biography
Donald Nagle has 20 years of experience leading business driven initiatives that span the value chain and all functions. He is skilled at assessing needs, defining business impact and success metrics and linking these to strategy, identifying issues and driving their resolution, and implementing new processes, policies, and structures.
For each effort, he has facilitated executive decision making and conflict resolution, designed and run decision making workshops, led cross-functional horizontal teams, created implementation plans, and developed and run large program management offices.
Clients have included large global companies, small businesses, high-tech start-ups, not-for-profits, and state agencies. Donald has taught Change Management and Advanced Facilitation at major consulting firms. In addition, Donald has taught sessions on strategic change, program and project management, and change management.
Before starting his consulting practice, Donald served as Senior Director, Strategic Change at Hewlett-Packard and as Principal Consultant in the Strategic Change Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
