Wade T. Brooks started his first technology company at the age of 19. Since then he's had an extensive entrepreneurial background with over 15 years of hands-on business ownership, strategic planning, and sales and marketing experience.
Wade's positions include, Vice President of Strategic Planning & Software Forensics at SoftSource Consulting, Inc., Vice President of Sales and Marketing & General Manager at ServerLogic Corporation, CEO, President, Chairman of the Board at StorePartners, Inc., Restructuring CEO at Network Equipment Marketplace, Senior Vice President at Janus Interactive Software Inc., and President at Brooks + Associates, Inc. He was also a licensed Registered Investment Adviser Representative directly responsible for the strategic and financial restructuring, valuation and sale of numerous companies.
Wade retired at the age of 37 and backpacked throughout the third world from Mt. Everest in Nepal to the Bay Islands of Honduras. He is a Certified Rescue Scuba Diver, avid hiker and an Eagle Scout.
Wade has a B.S. in Philosophy, Art History and Studio Art from Willamette University and completed the Advanced Financial Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a co-founder of the Willamette MBA Angel Fund with Professor Rob Wiltbank and the Executive Director of that fund. |
