No work experience is required for this program.

MBA for Career Change
The Willamette MBA for Career Change provides a full-time MBA format for students seeking to make a career transition from one industry to another. At least two years of post-bachelors degree work experience is required. The program combines the innovative curriculum and hands-on learning of the Willamette MBA with customized experiential opportunities that recognize the value of previous work experience. Internships, PACE, class consulting projects, and career services provide the knowledge and experience needed for successful transitions in a competitive job market. All of the above areas of interest are available for students in the MBA for Career Change, as well.
