Scholarships

Nearly 60 percent of students at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management receive scholarship assistance.

Scholarships help ease the financial obligations of tomorrow’s promising leaders, making our innovative programs more accessible to our diverse student population.

Scholarships offered by the Atkinson School are merit-based. All students admitted to a full-time format of the Willamette MBA program are automatically considered for scholarships when their application for admission is evaluated.

Much of our scholarship funding comes from the generous donations of alumni and friends of the Willamette MBA program. Many of our donors received assistance as students and their contributions continue the tradition of investing in the future of the next generation of Willamette MBA candidates.

A Choice of Scholarship Funds

You may designate a specific scholarship for your donation or direct us to choose the one where funds are most needed.

Judy O’Neill Scholarship Fund

Established in 2015, this fund is in honor of Judy O’Neill, Atkinson’s Associate Dean and Director of Admission. Judy O’Neill is retiring in 2016 after more than 25 years of devoted service. Many students and alumni remember Judy as one of the first people they met at the school. Her expertise and caring nature have been a driving force behind many students’ decisions to choose Willamette MBA.

AGSM Class of 1976 Scholarship

This scholarship is in recognition of current gifts from Betty Hart MBA ’76; Michael Canty MBA ’76; Thornton E. Luttrell II MBA ’74; and 1976 classmates.
