Overview

All incoming students to the Early Career MBA program participate in a three day event known as Compass Week. Compass Week introduces new students to their classmates and returning students, and to the faculty, staff, programs and procedures at the Atkinson school.

Compass Week includes workshops, guest speakers, panels, presentations by Atkinson faculty, staff, and alumni, a day at the Willamette University Portland Center and a team-building retreat off-campus.

*Appropriate dress for " formal business attire" is a suit and tie for men, equivalent professional attire for women.
