Board of Directors
Members of the Oregon Women MBAs Board of Directors are committed to the stated mission and principles of the Oregon Women MBAs. The Board of Directors has a dual role: an internal role to guide and provide advice on developments that take place within the Oregon Women MBAs Chapter and an external role to represent the Chapter in the business community. The Board of Directors consists of a Board Chair, Vice Chair, Committee Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Members. The Board operates by face-to-face meetings, telephone conferences and other forms of electronic communication.
Oregon Women MBAs Officers
The Oregon Women MBAs Officers guide the chapter under the direction of the Board of Directors and in alignment with the vision, mission and values of the National Association of Women MBAs. Together with the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs, they act in good faith and honesty, pace current operations, ensure organizational structure and capabilities support strategies, generate relevant and timely communications and keep at the forefront the interests of the members. The Officers consists of President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Vice President - Finance, Vice President – Administration, Vice President – Committees and Member at Large.
Oregon Women MBAs Committees
The Oregon Women MBAs Committees operate in alignment with the vision, mission and values of the National Association of Women MBAs. Together with the Board of Directors and Officers they will act in good faith and honesty, carry out the responsibilities of their committee and collaboratively work across committees.
- Membership Committee is responsible for enlisting new, retaining current and re-engaging lapsed members to assure a growing and vital membership organization.
- Development Committee is responsible for securing donor contributions and building alliances to support a growing and vital membership organization
- Education Committee is responsible for evaluating and recommending effective and relevant business education programming to assure alignment and return for a growing and vital membership organization
- Marketing and Communication Committee is responsible for planning, developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy to support a growing and vital membership organization
- Program Committee is responsible for cross-committee event and logistics management essential to maintaining a successful foundation for a growing and vital membership organization
- Finance Committee is responsible for all financial maters and guarantees the fiscal health of a growing and vital membership organization
- Community Relations Committee is responsible for aligning with corporate, education and Association partners to ensure community support receives the greatest possible benefit of the volunteer resources of a growing and vital membership organization
- Administration Committee is responsible for primary administrative support services for the organization and the board including producing the Quarterly and Annual Reports to assure transparency a growing and vital membership organization
