The Hallie Ford Museum of Art is designed to serve the educational needs
of Willamette University while offering Salem and the greater Oregon community
access to regional, contemporary, and historical art collections and a wide
variety of public programs.
- Lectures and meetings (up to 95 people)
- Receptions (up to 120 people)
- Dinners (up to 48 people)
- Professional events (up to 120 people)

Your event must be outside of regular gallery hours
(Tuesday -- Saturday, 10 a.m. -- 5 p.m.,
except New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
The Lecture Hall may be reserved after regularly scheduled university classes.
Unavailable dates are:
- Willamette University's Opening Days
- Homecoming
- Parents/Family Weekend
- Preview Day in the fall and the spring
- Commencement Week
- Founders Day
- Board of Trustees meetings

Main Lobby $150/hr.
Hull Lecture Hall $100/hr.
Galleries $300/hr.
All fees include university-provided security. An invoice and contract will
be sent by the Willamette University Scheduling Office at the time of event
approval.

Allowed:
- Food
- Alcohol
- Live Music
- Commercially prepared floral arrangements(in the lobby only)
- Signs on easels or tables
Prohibited:
- Smoking
- Food or beverages in the galleries or the Lecture Hall
- Decorations attached to walls or ceiling
- Public access to the gardens
- Reserved parking
- Moving the reception desk
